01 Accounts and Security

02 Third-Party Services and Integrations (Google OAuth)
The Odoo Email Server application allows you to connect and integrate with third-party services, specifically Google APIs (such as Gmail via Google OAuth).
- Integration Purpose: These integrations are provided solely to facilitate business processes, such as allowing the Odoo Email Server to send and receive emails on your behalf.
- Third-Party Terms: By enabling and using these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party services is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of those respective third parties (e.g., Google Terms of Service).
- No Endorsement: We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of any third-party services.
03 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service or the Odoo Email Server application:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unauthorized advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Programmers Force, a Programmers Force employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Programmers Force or users of the Service.
04 Intellectual Property
The Service, the Odoo Email Server application, and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Programmers Force and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both local and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Programmers Force.
05 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and the Odoo Email Server will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
06 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Programmers Force, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Odoo Email Server application.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.
07 Disclaimer of Warranty
Your use of the Service and the Odoo Email Server is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
08 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
